{"id":751,"date":"2019-05-07T14:52:43","date_gmt":"2019-05-07T13:52:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress.andra.fr\/cfe-cgc\/?p=751"},"modified":"2019-05-07T14:52:43","modified_gmt":"2019-05-07T13:52:43","slug":"sanction-financiere-a-landra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfecgc-andra.fr\/index.php\/2019\/05\/07\/sanction-financiere-a-landra\/","title":{"rendered":"SANCTION FINANCIERE A L&rsquo;ANDRA LA CFE-CGC DIT STOP."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">Lors de la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociations au sujet du travail \u00e0 distance le 18 avril 2019, la direction a comment\u00e9 l\u2019article 8 du projet d\u2019accord qu\u2019elle avait soumis aux organisations syndicales, rendant p\u00e9cuniairement responsable les salari\u00e9s des outils mis \u00e0 leur disposition pour leur t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">A notre protestation, \u00a0faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019article du code du travail <\/span>L.\u00a01331-2<span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">, il nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9pondu que cette mesure \u00e9tait l\u00e9gale, citant au passage \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple la situation d\u2019un salari\u00e9 \u00e0 qui la direction a demand\u00e9 une participation aux frais de r\u00e9paration d\u2019un mat\u00e9riel qu\u2019il avait cass\u00e9 involontairement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">D\u00e8s lors, nous avons demand\u00e9 par courrier du 26 avril 2019 l\u2019arbitrage de la direction du travail. La r\u00e9ponse de l\u2019inspecteur du travail confirme le caract\u00e8re ill\u00e9gal de tout recouvrement de somme li\u00e9e \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation de mat\u00e9riel (voir courrier de r\u00e9ponse de l\u2019inspection du travail ci dessous).
